| Abstract: | An observation of cerebral glioblastoma transformed from dedifferentiated astrocytoma with metastasis into cervical and lumbar lymph nodes is presented. Growth of the tumour into the area of scars in dura mater formed after repeated operations for the tumour removal contributed to metastasizing. |
