中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性对照观察

目的]对幽门螺杆菌(HP)所感染的慢性胃炎分阶段治疗的最终效果进行分析与探讨。方法]将收治的77例阳性慢性胃炎HP病患,随机分为对照组(38例)与治疗组(39例)。对照组采用西医治疗,而治疗组则采用本研究的中医分阶段治疗,并在治疗90d之后进行对比分析。结果]治疗组总有效率为97.43%,对照组总有效率为89.74%。临床效果治疗组优于对照组。结论]慢性胃炎HP的中医分阶段的治疗方案具有极佳的临床疗效,从客观与临床的角度来看,具应用推广价值。

TCM Stages in Treating Chronic Gastritis Helicobacter Pylori Positive Contrast Observation

Objective]To Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection of chronic gastritis treatment at different stages of the final effect of analysis and study.Methods]77 cases of positive chronic gastritis patients with HP,were randomly divided into control group(38 cases)and the treatment group(39 cases).The control group was treated with western medicine treatment,while the treatment group the research of Chinese medicine treatment at different stages,and in the treatment of 90d after comparative analysis.Results]The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.43%,the total effective rate in control group was 89.74%.Clinical effect of treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion]HP in chronic gastritis by TCM stages of treatment scheme has good clinical curative effect,from the objective and clinical point of view,has the value of popularization and application.
