地震区域中心医院应急组织模式的探讨

为了探讨地震区域中心医院应急组织模式，为区域中心医院在大型地震等灾害过程中，科学、有序地开展伤员救治提供参考，本文回顾性分析了该院在5.12大地震伤员救治过程中的医院组织模式，并与2004年制定的《灾害事故、突发公共卫生事件医疗救援应急预案》中的组织模式及职责进行对比研究。结果显示5．12大地震区域中心医院应急组织模式在规模、等级上优于《预案》；功能与涉及的内容比《预案》要复杂得多；伤员救治的组织模式在地震的不同时期有着不同的职责。说明地震灾区高效、灵活的组织模式及明确的职责分工是科学、有效地开展伤员救治的组织保障。

Discussion on the Emergency Organization Mode of Earthquake Regional Central Hospitals

In order to find a better way of organization for regional central hospitals in rescuing the wounded, we made a retrospective analysis on the emergency organization mode of our hospital in the 5.12 earthquake. A comparison between the modes we took during the earthquake and protocol of treatment in sudden public health events and disasters was also made. The result shows that the modes we took is better. So, efficient and flexible organization modes serve as the security of scientific and effective rescuing of the wounded.
