卫生装备质量控制的理论与实践研究

通过论述现行的全面质量管理、戴明循环（PDCA）与＂6个∑＂等质量控制理论,提出了卫生装备质量控制是全程各环节、全院全员上下共同参与,并不断完善的管理与监督检测技术保障体系。从思想动员、组织建设、软硬件建设、能力建设、检测与整改等方面介绍了应用质量控制理论、开展卫生装备质量控制的具体做法与效果。强调开展好卫生装备质量控制必须要领导首先提高认识,医工科高度重视,建立全程质量控制体系,成立国家或军队认定的质控检测实验室。

Theoretical and Practical Study of Medical Equipment Quality Control

On the basis of reviewing the current quality control theory including Total Quality Management （TQM）,Deming Cycle （PDCA） and ＂6 Σ＂,a new security system for better quality control of medical equipments in hospital is brought out,which is introduced from the aspects of thought,organization,software hardware,ability,detection rectification.Some suggestions are presented that the awareness of the director and medical engineering staff be enhanced,whole-process quality control be established,and quality control detection lab approved by the state and PLA be founded.
