| 摘 要： | 目的 观察冬虫夏草对急性缺血心肌的保护作用。方法 采用垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性缺血模型观察药物的作用。结果 冬虫夏草和维拉帕米能明显缓解垂体后叶素所引起的心电图T波变化 (P <0 .0 1) ,垂体后叶素使 10 0 %的动物发生心律失常 ,而在冬虫夏草组及维拉帕米组 ,心律失常的发生律分别为 18% (P <0 .0 1)和 12 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 冬虫夏草对垂体后叶素所致急性缺血心肌具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protective effects of Crodyceps on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats.Methods The experiment was performed in the model of acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in SD rats.Results Crodyceps and verapamil significantly inhibited the changes of T wave in ECG caused by pituitrin at most of the period (P<0.01).Crodyceps could induce arrhythmia in 100% animals,however,in Crodyceps group and verapamil group,the incidences of arrhythmia were 10% (P<0.01) and 12% (P<0.01) respectively.Conclusion Crodyceps has the protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats. |
