高龄孕产妇妊娠结局的临床研究

目的了解高龄孕妇的妊娠结局,为提高该高危人群的围产期预后提供指导。方法回顾性分析2006年至2008年在我院分娩的180例年龄介于35～48岁高龄孕妇的妊娠结局.并随机选择同期分娩的年龄介于21～34岁的孕妇156例作为对照。结果高龄孕产妇在妊娠期、分娩期并发症和合并症发生率,均高于对照组(P<0.O5),围产儿结局中仅新生儿体重低于正常对照组。结论高龄妊娠分娩母儿风险明显上升,阴道自然分娩率下降,剖宫产明显升高,应加强对高龄产妇的产前检查及产时监护,以提高风险意识,确保母儿安全。

Pregnancy Outcome for Women with Advanced Maternal Age

Objective To evaluate pregnancy outcome in 180 women with advanced maternal age and toimprove their prognosis during perinata. Method A retrospective study was undertaken for 180 women aged between 35 and 42 years old whodelivered in Donf-fang Hospital of Pizhou City from 2006 to 2008,Meanwhile 180 women aged between 21 and 34 years old who delivered at the sametime served as control group. Result Of the elderly in maternal pregnancy, childbirth complications and theincidence of complications were higher（P〈0.05）,except that the pefinatal outcome birth weight lower than thecontrol group. Conclusion The risk of pregnant women and infant increases obviously in older pregnancy, the rate of spontaneous vaginal delivery decreases, and the rate of caesarean section increases.In order to improve pregnancy outcome, it isimportant to strengthen the intrapartum guardianship and prenatal examination of older pregnancy.
