| 摘 要： | 减重手术在欧美、澳洲已是常见手术,在我国还处于起步阶段。目前世界范围内腹腔镜胃绕道术和可调节胃束带术是主要术式。腹腔镜可调节胃束带术是现在最新、最简单、最安全、效果较好的术式。

| Abstract: | Bariatric surgery is quite common operation in Europe,America and Australia,but it is still in the initial stage in China.Currently the main bariatric operations are laparoscopicastric bypass and laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding.The latter is a kind of latest,simple and safe procedure,demonstrates a good result for weight reduction. |
