加强医院财务成本管理及管理信息化

作为医院经济工作的核心部分,医院财务管理的综合性很强,并且具有一套特定的管理理论体系。优质的医院财务管理能够保证一个医院正常、高效地运行,并合理调度医疗资源。由于我国的医院财务管理理论还不十分完善,目前许多医院的财务管理工作不尽如人意,在财务管理工作中暴露出来的问题越来越多,本文就医院财务成本管理及管理信息化等问题进行了分析和讨论,并给出一定的改进建议。

Improve the Financial Cost Management and the Management Informationization in Hospital

As a core part of the hospital economy,the hospital financial management is comprehensive with a set of specific theory system.A good hospital financial management can ensure the normal and efficient operation of the hospital,and the rational allocation of medical resources.Due to the imperfection of the hospital financial management theory in China,the financial management of many hospitals is not satisfactory and there are more and more problems in the financial management.This article analyzes and discusses the problems,including the hospital financial cost management and the management information,and gives some suggestions for improvement.
