头针结合热敏灸辅助治疗急性脑梗死后手软瘫33例临床观察

目的观察头针结合热敏灸辅助治疗急性脑梗死后手软瘫的临床疗效。方法将65例急性脑梗死后手软瘫患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组33例和对照组32例。2组均给予西医常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组配合头针治疗,治疗组配合头针结合热敏灸治疗。2组均连续治疗6 d,间隔1 d,12次为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效、治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分。结果治疗后2组FMA评分及MBI评分均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为90.91%(30/33),对照组为81.25%(26/32),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针结合热敏灸辅助治疗急性脑梗死后手软瘫临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者运动功能并提高日常生活活动能力,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on 33 cases of hand flaccid paralysis after acute cerebral infarction treated by scalp acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion as adjunctive therapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion in adjunctive treatment of hand flaccid paralysis after acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-five cases with hand flaccid paralysis after acute cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group with 33 cases and control group with 32 cases according to random number table method.The 2 groups were both given Western medicine routine treatment,on this basis,the control group was combined with scalp acupuncture treatment,while the treatment group was cooperated with scalp acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion treatment.After the 2 groups were given consecutive treatment for 6 days,with an interval of 1 day,12 times for 1 course of treatment,and a total of 1 course of treatment.After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score and modified Barthel index(MBI)score of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,FMA score and MBI score of the 2 groups significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group increased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%(30/33),that of the control group was81.25%(26/32),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy,can markedly improve the motor function of patients and improve the ability of daily living activities to use scalp acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion in adjunctive treatment of hand flaccid paralysis after acute cerebral infarction,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
