模拟临床情景考核法在基础护理学实训中的应用

摘    要:目的观察模拟临床情景考核法在基础护理学实训中的应用效果。方法将我校2015级护理学本科专业2个班设为试验组(56名)和对照组(59名)。对照组采用传统实训考核方法进行考核,试验组采用模拟临床情景考核法进行考核。比较2组的实训考核成绩,并通过问卷调查试验组护生对模拟临床情景考核法的评价。结果试验组实训考核成绩明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。94.6%的护生愿意选择模拟临床情景考核法,认为此种考核方法优于传统实训考核方法;94.6%的护生认为模拟临床情景考核法提高了训练的自觉性及积极性;98.2%的护生认为模拟临床情景考核法能与临床接轨;100.0%的护生认为模拟临床情景考核法能培养团队协作精神。结论模拟临床情景考核法可以提高护生的实训考核成绩,调动学习积极性,培养临床思维能力和团队协作精神,并可提升护生的沟通交流技巧。

Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of simulated clinical scenario assessment method in practical training of fundamentals of nursing.Methods Two classes of 2015 undergraduate nursing major in our university were divided into experimental group(56 students)and control group(59 students).The control group was assessed by traditional training assessment method,and the experimental group was assessed by simulated clinical scenario assessment method.The results of practical training of the two groups were compared,and the evaluation of the simulated clinical scenario assessment method was made through the questionnaire survey for nursing students in the experimental group.Results The scores of practical training assessment in experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Totally 94.6%of the nursing students were willing to choose the simulated clinical scenario assessment method,who considered that this assessment method was superior to the traditional practical training assessment method.Totally 94.6%of the nursing students considered that the simulated clinical scenario assessment method improved the consciousness and enthusiasm of training.Totally 98.2%of the nursing students considered it could integrate with the clinic.Totally 100.0%of the students considered it could cultivate team spirit.Conclusion Simulated clinical scenario assessment method can improve the practical training assessment results of nursing students,mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,cultivate clinical thinking ability and team spirit,and improve the communication skills of nursing students.
