Kummell病治疗

Kummell病是椎体压缩性骨折的并发症,主要临床表现是轻微外伤患者在短暂的无症状期后出现症状性、渐进性的背痛,活动受限,脊柱后凸畸形和迟发性神经功能损害.随着人口老龄化及现代诊断技术的提高,Kummell病的发生率和确诊率逐渐上升,临床上治疗Kummell病的新手段、新思路也日益增多.在没有神经功能损害和椎体塌陷的情况下,保守和微创治疗是最重要的治疗手段,若出现神经功能损害,开放手术则是较好的选择.防治骨质疏松症和骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折,避免Kummell病的发生、发展值得临床重视.本文就Kummell病的治疗新进展做一综述,以期为临床诊疗提供参考.

Kummell disease is a complication of vertebral compression fracture(VCF).The main clinical mani-festation is symptomatic,progressive back pain,limited mobility,kyphosis and delayed neurological damage in patients with mild trauma after a brief asymptomatic period.With the advancement of the population aging process and the advance-ment of modern diagnostic techniques,the incidence and diagnosis rate of Kummell disease has gradually increased,and new ideas and methods for the treatment of Kummell disease have become more and more.In the absence of neurological damage and vertebral collapse,conservative treatment and minimally invasive treatment are the most important treatments.If neurological damage occurs,open surgery is a better treatment option.Prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and os-teoporotic vertebral compression fractures,avoiding the occurrence and development of Kummell disease is worthy of clini-cal attention.This article reviews the recent advances in the treatment of Kummell s disease in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
