| 摘 要： | 双能CT成像(DECT)利用单能量成像、物质分离成像和能谱曲线等对直肠癌肿瘤病灶、肠周脂肪组织及肠周淋巴结的碘基质及能谱曲线特征进行定性定量分析,更加精确地鉴别肠周脂肪受侵与否以及转移性与非转移性淋巴结。可以与常规影像检查方法互补进一步提高直肠癌术前分期的准确性。就DECT成像的原理及其在评估直肠癌术前分期方面的应用进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Dual-energy computed tomography(DECT)uses the virtual monochromatic spectral images,the material decomposition images,and spectral curves to quantitatively evaluate the iodine concentrations and spectral curves of the tumor,mesorectal fat,and lymph nodes for accurately identifying the mesorectal fat invasion,metastatic and non-metastatic lymph nodes.DECT and other imaging examination methods can complement each other in improving the accuracy when preoperatively staging rectal cancer.This article reviews the principle of DECT and its progress in preoperatively staging rectal cancer. |
