Abstract: | Reoperation is the treatment of choice of failed antireflux procedures. Preoperative full-scale evaluation of both residual anatomy and function of the upper digestive tract is mandatory. Conservative surgery is almost always feasible. Success rate of reoperations is high with experienced teams. |
