| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同药物治疗门脉高压性胃病的疗效。方法60例门脉高压性胃病患者，按不同药物治疗分为：奥美拉唑组（观察组）30例，雷尼替丁组（对照组）30例，观察两组临床症状、胃粘膜改善、肝功能恢复情况及药物不良反应。结果观察组总有效率（93.3％）高于对照组（76．7％）（P〈0．05）；观察组胃粘膜改变总有效率（86．7％）高于对照组（66．7％）（P〈0．05）；观察组天冬氨酸氨基转移酶，白蛋白／球蛋白、总胆红素恢复明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论奥美拉唑治疗门脉高压性胃病患者的疗效优于雷尼替丁。
