条形码检验信息系统在临床检验工作中的应用

目的实现检验结果与检验申请自动匹配,将检验结果自动传送至相应部门,真正实现检验工作流程的全自动化。方法使用预条码化标本采集容器留取标本,通过连接检验仪器、收集检验数据,完成申请、检验、报告的自动化数字工作流程。结果提高了工作效率,减少了在接收检验要求、报告结果和保存记录等工作中可能出现的人为误差。结论条形码检验信息系统的应用畅通了检验信息的交流渠道,使医院的管理逐步走向科学化和规范化。

Application of Bar Code Laboratory Information System in Clinical Laboratory Test

Objective To match the laboratory results with application, transfer the results to corresponding department automatically, and achieve the automation of laboratory flow. Methods The sample was collected by pre-bar code sample container. The automatically digital working flow of application, examination and report was conducted by connecting the instruments and collecting the data.Results The efficiency was improved, and the artificial error during receiving laboratory application, reporting results and storing record was decreased.Conclusion The system can expedite the laboratory information communication, and scientize and standardize the management of hospital.
