摘    要:对114例不同类型和级别的结肠癌进行银染核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)形态定量研究.结果表明,Ag-NORs数量、大小和分布在结肠未分化癌和印戒细胞癌组与管状腺癌和粘液腺癌组比较,有明显差异.管状腺癌随分化程度的降低,Ag-NORs的数量、形态、大小和分布也发生等级性变化.结果提示,Ag-NORs形态定量的数量、形态、大小和分布4项指标对结肠癌分型有一定意义,对管状腺癌分级有较好的诊断价值。

Abstract:quantitative study of silver stain of nucleolar organizer region associated proteins(Ag-NORs)in 114 colorectal carcinoma including 86 tubular adeno-carcinoma(including well-differe-tiated ,secondary-differentiated poorly-differentiated was 29 ,36 and 2l respectively),6 undif-ferentiated carcinoma,5 ring-cell carcinoma,12 mucineus adenocarcinoma,2 papillary adenocar-cinom and 3 carcinomatoid change of polyp was carried out on routinely processed paraffin em- bedded tissue sections,The number ,shape ,size and distribution of Ag-NORs were counted andanalysed.There were significant differences bet ween undifferentiated carcinoma and ring-cellcarcinoma with tubular adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma in the number,size anddistribution of Ag-NORs.Whereas there were no significant differenees.A corresponding classchange was found from well-differen tiated ,secondary-differentiated to poorly-differentiated inthe number,shape,size and distribution of Ag-NORs.These results showed that the four quan-titative parameters of Ag-NORs might be useful techniques to distinguish histology type of differ-ent malignant groups of colorectal carcinoma and to have values for grading of tubular adenocarci- noma.
