23例睾丸扭转误诊分析

目的分析睾丸扭转的误诊原因,探讨预防误诊的有效措施。方法回顾性分析23例睾丸扭转误诊患者的临床资料。结果病史和临床表现足以提供诊断依据,辅助检查和手术探查有助于本症的诊断。3例手术复位成功（13.0%）,20例行睾丸切除（87.0%）,均行对侧固定。结论睾丸扭转误诊切除率高,早期诊断甚为重要。彩色多普勒超声检查简便易行,正确认识本病转能减少误诊的发生,积极手术探查是预防病情进展的有效措施。

Misdiagnosis of Testicular Torsion(Report of 29 cases)

Objective To analyze the reason of misdiagnosis of testicular torsion,and to research on effective measures to avoid misdiagnoses.Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of testicular torsion that underwent misdiagnosis at first were analyzed retrospectively.Results According to the medical history and clinical manifestation,the correct diagnosis could be made in most patients.CDFI and surgical exploration is helpful to the diagnosis.3 cases（13.0%） were cured by surgical torsion,20 cases（87.0%） received orchiectomy.The other testicle of all 23 cases was fixed.Conclusion The misdiagnosis of testicular torsion would result in serious outcome,so early diagnosis is important.Color Doppler ultrasonography is a reliable and easy way.Much attention should be paid to the knowledge to decrease misdiagnoses.Surgical determination should be made for those cases suspicious of having torsion of testis to prevent the further development.
