| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜外科在部队基层医院的应用，方法：自1993年5月－2000年5月共开展28种术式，5736例腹腔镜手术，术式包括：LC，LAVH，LC＋LAVH＋LA等和54例联合手术，结果：治愈5727例，发生严重并发症41例，即刻中转开腹手术48例，术后再次开腹手术5例，死亡3例，结论；结合我国国情和自身特点，在基层医院开展腹腔镜外科手术，有着良好的发展前景。

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to explore the application prospect of laparoscopic surgery in basic level hospital of the PLA. Methods: 5736 cases were treated by laparoscopic surgery. Twenty-eight methods such as LC, LAVH, LA, LC LA, LC LAVH LA were used. Results: It proved to be sucessful in 5727 cases. Severe operative complications took place in 41 cases and 3 of them died. Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery has great prospect in basic level hospital in China. |
