氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效观察

目的 探讨氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果.方法 将慢性支气管炎急性发作患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗,评估两组治疗效果.结果 观察组患者咳嗽消失时间、痰液恢复正常时间及湿啰音消失时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者最大肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气中期流量(MMEF)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)等指标明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生.结论 氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果明显,值得临床推广应用.

Observation on effect of ambroxol combined with doxofylline in treating chronic bronchitis acute attack

Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol combined with doxofylline in treating chronic bronchitis acute attack.Methods 80 cases of chronic bronchitis acute attack were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The two groups received the routine treatment,and the observation group was added ambroxol combined with doxofylline.The curative effects were evaluated between the two groups.Results The extinction time of cough,time of sputum recovering to normal and extinction time of wet rales after treatment in the observation group all were short than those in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).FVC,FEV1,MMEF,PaO2 and PaCO2 after treatment in the observation group were obviously superior to those in the control group,showing statistical difference between them(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ambroxol combined with doxofylline in treating chronic bronchitis acute attack is obvious and worth being popularized in clinic.
