| 摘 要： | 目的探讨仰卧位与左、右侧卧位左上肢无创血压测量是否不同。方法对200名健康青年选用左上肢肱动脉测压法,采用仰卧位、左侧卧位与右侧卧位分别测量3种体位的血压。结果仰卧位时测量的收缩压和舒张压(mmHg)分别为(119±3.2)和(79±4.1),均大于右侧卧位,存在显著性差异。结论健康青年人采用仰卧位、右侧卧位2种体位测量左上肢肱动脉血压时,有显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the difference on determination of left hand of humerus blood pressure between supine and lateral position.Methods The left hand of humerus blood pressure were determined in supine and lateral position in two hundreds of volunteers respectively.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure(mmHg) in supine position was about(119±3.2)and(79±4.1)respectively,which were significantly greater than those in right recumbent position.Conclusion The data of left hand of humerus blood pressure determined in supine position were significantly greater than those in right recumbent position in healthy volunteers. |
