2006—2010年云南省禄丰县伤害流行趋势分析

目的了解2006—2010年云南省禄丰县伤害流行特征及变化趋势,为制定伤害预防控制策略提供依据。方法选择云南省禄丰县人民医院、罗次卫生院和广通卫生院作为伤害监测哨点医院,监测对象为首次在云南省伤害监测系统哨点医院就诊被诊断为伤害的病例。结果 2006—2010年共收集有效病例28 479例,男性病例多于女性,居前3位的伤害发生原因依次为跌倒/坠落(5年分别为32.60%、35.08%、39.90%、47.67%和46.82%)、道路交通伤害(15.78%、17.20%、15.99%、12.50%和15.12%)、钝器伤(12.48%、14.05%、14.33%、11.71%和9.69%);伤害发生地点主要为家中(28.00%、30.22%、31.84%、29.60%和29.26%)、公路/街道(22.18%、22.81%、21.66%、16.83%和19.18%);伤害发生时的活动主要为休闲活动(32.74%、35.89%、39.70%、36.23%和35.03%)、有偿工作(16.37%、21.39%、27.71%、33.84%和35.40%);伤害病例以非故意伤害(85.07%、88.67%、90.33%、93.21%和94.02%)、轻度伤害(58.03%、52.86%、53.14%、58.60%和58.16%)为主。结论 2006—2010年云南省禄丰县伤害监测病例男性多于女性,主要伤害原因为跌倒/坠落、道路交通伤害和钝器伤,应引起高度重视,并采取相应防控措施,以降低伤害对当地居民生命健康的损害。

Analysis of injury prevalence trends in Lufeng County of Yunnan,2006-2010

Objective To understand prevalence trends of injury in Lufeng County of Yunnan from 2006 to 2010 and supply scientific evidences for developing injury prevention and control strategies.Methods Three surveillance hospitals were selected from injury surveillance system in Lufeng People’ s Hospital,Luoci and Guangtong Health Clinics.Injury patients who went to the three hospitals first time were enrolled from January 1,2006 to December 31,2010.Results 28 479 injury cases had been reported from 2006 to 2010.The number of male cases was larger than female cases.The top three reasons of injury in these five years were falling(32.60%,35.08%,39.90%,47.67% and 46.82%,respectively),traffic accident(15.78%,17.20%,15.99%,12.50% and 15.12%),and blunt instrument injury(12.48%,14.05%,14.33%,11.71% and 9.69%).The main places of happening injury were at home(28.00%,30.22%,31.84%,29.60% and 29.26%) and road/street(22.18%,22.81%,21.66%,16.83% and 19.18%).The activities when injury happened injury were relaxation(32.74%,35.89%,39.70%,36.23% and 35.03%) and working(16.37%,21.39%,27.71%,33.84% and 35.40%).Most of injuries were unintentional and mild.Conclusion Male unintentional injury was obviously higher than female in Yunnan Province.The main reasons of injury were the falling over/down,road traffic and blunt injury.Prevention and control measurements should be paid high attention to decrease injury in Yunnan Province.
