胆囊结石及胆囊切除与大肠癌发生的相关性分析

目的探讨胆囊结石及胆囊切除与大肠癌发生的相关性。方法选取2008年1月-2011年12月间封开县第二人民医院外科经病理确诊大肠癌患者187例,并有胆囊结石和胆囊切除术者32例;选取同期肇庆市端州区人民医院普外科经B超检查确定胆囊结石和既往胆囊切除术史236例,并发大肠癌3例。分别对两组胆囊结石、胆囊切除与大肠癌发生的百分率进行对比分析。结果大肠癌组胆囊结石、胆囊切除术史百分率为17.11%（32/187）,对照组胆囊结石和胆囊切除术史者百分率为3.16%（6/190）,有显著性差异（χ2=20.92,P〈0.01）;胆囊结石组大肠癌发生的百分率为6.36%（15/236）,对照组大肠癌发生的百分率为1.25%（3/240）,差异有显著性（χ2=7.18,P〈0.01）。结论胆囊结石、胆囊切除有增加大肠癌发生的危险性,应引起临床医生的重视。

Correlation analysis of cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy with colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To study on correlation of cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy with colorectal carcinoma.Methods A retrospective case-control study from January 2008 to December 2011,187 cases of colorectal carcinoma who had been pathologically diagnosed,with 32 cases of cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy in the Second People’s Hospital of Fengkai County;236 cases of cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy who had been B-ultrasonic examination,with 3 cases of colorectal carcinoma in Duanzhou District People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing,the incidence of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy in colorectal carcinoma group was17.11%(32/187) and was remarkably higher than3.16%(6/190) in control group(χ2=20.92,P <0.01);The incidence of colorectal carcinoma in cholecystolithiasis group was 6.36%(15/236) and was remarkably higher than 1.25%(3/240) in control group(χ2=7.18,P <0.01).Conclusion Cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy which can increase the risk of colorectal carcinoma,should be paid attention to by clinicists.
