补阳还五汤对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘    要:结扎沙鼠两侧颈总动脉45分钟后再灌流45分钟造成急性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,发现脑组织水和Na含量显著增高,微量元素Cu含量降低,但脑组织K、Fe和Zn含量无明显变化。再灌注前5分钟腹注补阳还五汤(14克生药/kg)或川芎嗪(0.032g/kg),可使该模型脑组织水和Na含量明显降低,川芎嗪尚可抑制再灌注后脑组织Cu含量的降低。结果提示两药均可通过改善脑组织水和Na代谢而对抗脑缺血再灌注损伤,川芎嗪的作用还与其提高脑内Cu含量有关。

EFFECTS OF BU YANG HUAN WU TANG ON GERBIL CEREBRAL ISCHEMIC POSTISCHEMIC REPERFUTION INJURY

Abstract:Acute cerebral ischemic-postischemic reperfution injury model in the gerbil was perfomed by ligaturing bilateral carotid arteries for 45 minutes followed by reperfution 45 minutes. The results showed that water and natrium contents in brain tissue markedly increased and microelement cuprum contents droped but kalium, ferrum and zine contents in brain tissue had no change. Injection peritoneal in the model with Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang(equivalent to original drug of 14g/Kg,ip) or tetramethylpyrazine (0. 032g/Kg, ip) 5 minutes before reperfusion, water and natrium contents in brain tissue marked dropped Tetramethylpyrazine might inhibit the decreasion of cuprum in reperfusive brain tissue besides it. The re- sults suggest that the two drugs may resist cerebral ischemic-postischemic reperfution injury by improving water and natrium metablism in brain tissue and the roles of tetramethylpyrazine had bearing on increasing cuprum contets in brain tissue, besides it.
