高聚金葡素灌注预防膀胱移行细胞癌术后复发

目的观察高聚金葡素灌注膀胱预防膀胱移行细胞癌复发的疗效。方法对保留膀胱手术治疗217例中的43例膀胱移行细胞癌患者术后采用高聚金葡素行膀胱灌注治疗，并与同期其他药物灌注治疗进行比较。结果43例全部随访，随访时间3～30个月，平均随访期15个月，复发8例，复发率为18．6％，与同期内其他药物灌注的预防效果差异无统计学意义，并发症和不良反应小。结论高聚金葡素是一种有效预防膀胱移行细胞癌术后复发的药物。

Intravesical instillation of highly agglutinative staphylococcin for preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the effect of intravesical instillation of highly agglutinative staphylococcin(HASL)to prevent the recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods 217 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were treated by conservative bladder operations including transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT)and partial cystectomy.After surgical management,43 cases by intravesical instillation therapy with HASL and other drugs were used to prevent tumor recurrence.Results Follow-up showed the recurrence rate was 18.6% in HASL instillation,which was similar with the application of other drugs,while another benefit for patients was that the side effect of HASL instillation was very mild.Conclusion HASL is the better choice of treatment for preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
