表现为孤立结节的肺癌的CT诊断

目的:探讨以孤立结节为表现的周围型小肺癌的CT诊断。方法:回顾性分析28例经手术病理证实的周围型小肺癌的CT表现。结果:28例周围型小肺癌的主要CT表现:全部为孤立结节,25例有分叶征、21例边缘毛糙、13例有空泡征和(或)细支气管充气征、15例有血管集束征、20例有胸膜凹陷征、5例有病灶胸膜侧模糊影。结论:CT特别是增强扫描对孤立结节性小肺癌有诊断价值。

CT Diagnosis of Lung Cancer with the Appearance of Solitary Pulmonary Nodule

Objective To study the CT diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer with the appearance of solitary pulmonary nodule.Methods The CT findings of surgery and pathology proved small peripheral lung in 28 cases were retrospectively analyzed with the review of literature.Results The main CT findings were as the following:All of the cases were solitary pulmonary nodule,25 cases with the lobulation,21 cases with coarse edge,13 cases with the vacuole and/or air-bronchogram,15 cases with the convergence of peripheral vessels,20 cases with the pleual retraction,5 cases with the cloudy zone of pathological pleural side.Conclusion CT(particularly enhanced scan)is helpful to the correct of small peripheral lung cancer with the appearance of solitary pulmonary nodule.
