| 摘 要： | 目的从多角度探索提高就业率的对策。方法通过系统的就业指导,增强中专生的就业竞争力;构筑触角广泛的就业网络,拓宽学生就业渠道;提高学生实际操作能力;重视毕业生就业后的跟踪服务工作。结果中专生有着极其广阔的就业前景,关键是中职学校和中职毕业生们如何去把握其机会。结论就业工作作为中等职校的头等大事,应该贯穿于整个中专教育过程的始终。

| Abstract: | Objective: Variously discussing the tactics to enhance the employment rate. Methods: Enhancing the students' employment competitiveness through systemic instructions; Establishing extensive employment relationship, widening the employment channels; promoting the students' practical operation ability; Regarding the follow-up service after the students take up an occupation. Result: The students' employment foreground is very wide, for the secondary vocational school and their graduates, the key is how to grasp the chance. Conclusion: As a foremost thing in the secondary vocational school, the students' get employment should run through the whole education course. |
