芬太尼、舒芬太尼麻醉在心瓣膜置换术中应用疗效比较

目的：评价芬太尼、舒芬太尼应用于心瓣膜置换术的麻醉效应及对术后恢复的影响.方法：50例瓣膜置换术的患者,随机分为两组,分别实施舒芬太尼（S组,n=25）和芬太尼（F组,n=25）全凭静脉麻醉.观察患者循环变化和术后恢复情况.结果：两组麻醉效果满意;诱导期间S组HR减慢发生率高于F组（P〈0.05）,两组MAP改变基本相似;S组术后清醒时间和气管拔拨管时间较F组为短 （P〈0.05）,ICU停留时间两组无明显区别.结论：舒芬太尼用于心瓣膜置换术的麻醉安全有效,麻醉恢复迅速平稳.

Comparison of the Anesthetic Effects of Sufentanil and Fentanil during Valve Replacement

Objective:To compare the anesthetic effects of s u fentanil and fentanil during valve replacement.Methods:Fifty pat ients undergoing valve replacement with cardiopulmonary bypass were randomly di vided into two groups:sulfentanil (group S) and fentanil(group F) total intraven ous anesthesia.The change of BP,HR and SpO_2 was observed during anesthesia.The time of awakening from anesthesia,the extubation time and the stage of ICU were recorded.Results:During induction phase, MAP was kept stable in both groups,but the occurrence of bradycardia was significantly higher in group S (56%)than those in group F(16%). The time of awakening from anesthesia and th e extubation time was less in group S than those in group F(WTBX]P<0. 05). There were no significant difference in the average time of the stage of IC U between two groups.Conclusion:Sufentanil aneasthesia was safe and effective for patient undergoing valve replacement with cardiopulmonary.
