| 摘 要： | 目的观察IgA肾病的中医辨证分型与肾脏病理损害之间的关系.方法通过中医辨证,将142例IgA肾病患者分为脾肺气虚、肝肾阴虚、气阴两虚及脾肾阳虚4个证型;同时根据Katafuchi积分,对这些患者的肾脏病理损害程度进行评估.结果脾肾阳虚型IgA肾病患者的平均Katafuchi积分、肾小球积分、肾小管间质积分及血管积分在4个证型中均是最高的,经过统计学处理与其他3个证型有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论脾肾阳虚型IgA肾病患者的肾脏病理损害较其他3个证型更为严重.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the degree of pathological changes in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) patients. Methods According to symptom differentiation of TCM, the 142 IgAN patients were divided into four types:deficiency of spleen-qi and lung-qi, deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, deficiency of qi and yin, deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang. The degree of pathological changes was calculated by Katafuchi's pathology integral. Result the Katafuchi's pathology integral of deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang is the highest in the four types (P<0.05). Conclusion The severity of IgAN is remarkable in the patients with deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang. |
