高锝酸盐腹部显像在小儿消化道出血中的诊断价值

目的：探计高锝酸盐（^99mTcO4^-）腹部显像在美克尔憩室诊断中的价值：方法：利用放射性核素显像对临睐诊断胃肠道出血的39例忠儿行^99mTcO4^-腹部异位胃黏膜显像通过手术病理、胃镜及临床治疗随访判断其符合程度.结果：该检查方法在诊断美克尔憩审中的灵敏度、特异度、准确发、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为：90．5％，94．4％，92.3％，95．0％，89．5％。。结论：^99mTcO4^-腹部异位胃韩膜显像诊断美克尔憩室具有简单易行、敏感度和特异度高、无创、快速诊断等优点．可以做为临床上的首选检查方法.

Technetium-99m pertechnetate scan for ectopic gastric mucosa in children with gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective： To assess the utility of technetium^99mTc-pertechnetate seintigraphy in diagnosing of the pediatric patient with gastrointestinal bleeding and suspected of having Meckel＇s diverticulum. Methods： ^99mTc-pertechnetate abdominal seintigraphy was undertaken in 39 children with history of gastrointestinal bleeding. The final diagnosis .of all cases was proved by surgeU and palhology or gastroscope or the follow-up visit. Results： In detecting Meckel＇s diverticulum, the sensitivity, specificity, aceuracv, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of ^99mTc-pertechnetate abdominal seintigraphy was 90.5%, 94.4%, 92.3%, 95.0% and 89.5% respectively. Conclusion： Radionuclide scintigraphy may be the first procedure to explore Meckel＇s diverticulum.
