~(60)Coγ射线辐照神经移植后骨骼肌神经末梢和运动终板再生观察

目的　探讨变性神经移植后骨骼肌神经末稍和运动终板的再生情况 .方法　将 6 0 Co先期辐射处理后的兔自体神经原位再植 .术后 4,6和 8mo取术侧腓肠肌 ,乙酰胆碱脂酶(Ach E)组化法显示神经终末及运动终板 .光镜检查并用图像分析仪测间接反映终板成熟程度的灰度值 .结果　实验组术后 4m o时的 Ach E阳性反应呈棕红色或棕褐色 ,分布稀疏离散、不规则 .Ach E结合镀银切片上 ,Ach E阳性部位示较明显的棕黑色沉淀 ,存在单根神经末稍支配单个运动终板 ,但数目极少 .术后 6 ,8mo的 Ach E阳性反应是棕红色或棕灰色沉淀 ,分布较规则 .结合镀银的切片上神经末稍与运动终板相连较多 ,单根神经末稍支配一个运动终板后 ,偶有再次分支支配另一个运动终板 .术后 8m o,Ach E与正常对照未见统计学差异 (P>0 .0 5 )而术后 4和 6 mo,与正常肌组织中的 Ach E比较 ,仍有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) .结论　长段自体神经 (约 3cm)经 6 0 Co先期处理后再植 ,去神经支配骨骼肌可恢复再支配

Experimental observations on nerve-endings and motor-endplates of skeleta muscles following interpositional replantation of exsomatized nerves irradiated by ~(60)Co beam

AIM To evaluate regeneration changes of nerve endings and motor endplates of skeletal muscles after nerve degeneration transplantation. METHODS Nerve segment of 30 mm in length in sciatic nerve excised from the adult health rabbit (Chinese big ear rabbit) and irradiated with 350 Gy 60 Co beam before being replanted interpositionally. The speciments of the gastrocnemius muscles were cut from the operated limb of the animal at 4,6 and 8 months after grafting respectively and stained with the method of AchE histochemistry for revealing nerve endings and motor endplates. RESULTS Brown red or brown grey AchE positive precipitates were seen at 4 months with irregular profile and regular profile at 6 and 8 months. AchE conbined with silver stain section showed claw like regeneration nerve fibers connected with the AchE positive area at 8 months. Meanwhile, one nerve ending innervating one motor endplate can be seen and nerveending innervating one motor endplate with sub nerve ending innervating another motor endplate can be seen occasionally, too. CONCLUSION Reinner vation can be obtained following pretreated by 60 Co beam irradiation.
