颈椎横突孔与椎动脉型颈椎病关系的影像学研究

目的 通过对颈椎横突孔的测量与对椎动脉的形态的观察。评价横突孔在椎动脉型颈椎病形成过程中的实际作用。方法 对135例椎动脉型颈椎病患者及50例对照组人员作颈椎横突孔扫描，测量及孔径对比，并对其中107例及23例分别作了MRA及DCE-MRA检查。结果 横突孔形态多样，有卵圆，圆形，逗点及三角形等，卵圆型，约占70%左右，病例组横突孔孔径与对照组孔径对比，特别是横径间对比无明显差异性。结论 椎动脉型颈椎病发病原因复杂，横突孔的形态改变仅是病因之一。

Image feature of vertebral transverse foramen with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

Objective To determine the role of shape alteration and aperture size of transverse foramen in the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods The transverse foramen was scaned and its aperture was measured in 135 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and in 50 normal controls.MRA was performed on 107 of the 135 patients and DCE- MRA on 23 of the 50 normal controls.Results The shape of transverse foramen may fall into four broad classes: oval(70%),round(18%),comma(3%)and triagle(9%).The mean diameter of transverse foramen has no difference between patients and normal controls. Conclusion Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis pathogenesis is complicate,the shape alteration of transverse foramen is one of the causes.
