摘    要:[目的]探讨腰椎间盘突出症磁共振脊髓造影(MRM)形态与临床表现的相关性。[方法]对116例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行MRM检查并观测其形态,分析形态与临床表现的关系。[结果]腰椎间盘突出症的MRM形态呈现多种表现,腹面缺损程度与腰椎间盘向椎管内突出严重程度相关(P<0.01),但充盈缺损程度与疼痛程度相关不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]MRM检查安全、无X线损伤,是常规MRI的有效补充,可为腰椎间盘突出症治疗方法的选择提供较好的“造影”图像和更多的空间结构信息。

Abstract:[Objective]To explore the correlation between morphology of MR myelography(MRM) and clinical manifestation of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods]MRM was performed on 116 cases of lumbar disc herniation.Based on the observation,the relationship between the morphology and clinical manifestation was analyzed.[Results]A variety of morphologies were presented.The degree of ventral defect was associated with that of the lumbar disc herniated inwards(P<0.01).The association between the degree of filling defect and that of pain was not significant(P>0.05).[Conclusion]With no X-ray harm,MRM is an effective and safe supplement to the conventional MRI.It can provide good contrastographic images and more information about spatial structure of the herniated lumbar disc.
