血氧饱和度参数的质量控制及影响检测结果因素的分析

目的:通过对医院在用监护仪的血氧饱和度(SpO2)参数进行质量控制、对在日常使用过程中影响检测结果的因素进行分析,有效保障监护仪的安全使用.方法:依据监护仪质量检测技术规范(试行),使用Oxitest 7Plus(蓝7型)SpO2模拟仪对监护仪的SpO2参数进行质量控制,并对质量控制结果进行分析总结.结果:通过对在用监护仪SpO2参数的年检,发现监护仪所存在的问题后对其进行维修,保证临床科室的正常工作.对影响检测结果的因素进行总结分析.结论:对监护仪的SpO2参数进行质量控制,可以确保监护仪的质量和安全.在日常使用过程中必须使用相关的干预措施来确保SpO2检测结果的准确性.

Quality control and effect factors analysis of SpO2 parameter

Objective：To detect the SpO 2 parameter of monitors in use and analysis the effect factors in daily use,which will provide strong support for the safe use of the monitors.Methods：According to the monitor quality inspection specifications,we used Oxitest 7 Plus（Blue 7）SpO 2 simulation instrument to detect the SpO 2 parameter of the monitors in use.The quality control results were analyzed and summarized.Results：Through the annual inspection of SpO 2 parameter,the monitors with problems were repaired,which will ensure the normal work of the clinical departments.Factors that affect the detect results were analyzed and found that the factors were various.Conclusion：Detection of the SpO 2 parameters could ensure the quality and safety of the monitors.Relevant intervention measures should be taken to ensure the accuracy of the test results in the SpO 2 during daily use.
