纤维支气管镜肺活检及刷检对肺癌诊断的价值

目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺活检及刷检对肺癌诊断的价值。方法对153例经病理组织学及细胞学确诊为肺癌的纤维支气管镜检查结果进行统计分析,了解纤维支气管镜肺活检和刷检两种不同病理检查方法对肺癌诊断的阳性率。结果肺活检、刷检阳性率分别为81%和72.5%,两者联合检查的阳性率为89.5%,联合检查阳性率明显高于单一检查（P〈0.05）。结论联合应用纤维支气管镜活检及刷检细胞学检查可以提高肺癌的检出率和诊断的准确性。

Value of Transbronchial Lung Biopsy and Brush biopsy in the Diagnosis of Pulmonary Carcinoma

Objective To study the value of transbronchial lung biopsy and brush biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma.Methods To analysis the results of 153 cases of pulmonary carcinoma diagnosed by fiberbronchoscope biopsy and cytology,and to understand the difference of diagnostic positive rate of transbronchial lung biopsy and brush biopsy.Results The positive rate of lung biopsy and brush biopsy was 81% and 72.5%.and the positve rate of allied pathologic sampling was 89.5%.The positive rate of sampling in manifold way was obviously higher than simple way（P0.05）.Conclusion Allied transbronchial lung biopsy and brush biopsy can increase the positive rate and Accuracy of diagnosing pulmonary carcinoma.
