| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析全麻扁桃体软剥离术后出血情况。方法选取2009年1月至2012年6月期间入住本院的98例扁桃体手术病例,所有患者均采取全麻扁桃体软剥离术。结果术后共有6例(6.12%)患者出血,经积极治疗后均痊愈出院。其中5例(83.3%)为原发性出血,1例(16.7%)为继发性出血;男性3例(6.7%),女性3例(5.7%);成人6例(8.5%),儿童0例。经χ2检验,不同性别以及年龄时出血率无统计学差异。结论全麻扁桃体软剥离术效果良好,适用于所有扁桃体切除患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the cases of post-operative bleeding after soft dissected tonsillectomy under general anesthesia by retrospective analysis.Methods Tonsillectomy under general anesthesia was operated in 98 patients recruited from Jan 2009 to Jun 2012.Results There were 6 patients bleeding after operation.Of which 5 cases（83.3%） were primary hemorrhage and 1（16.7%） was secondary hemorrhage,there were 3 males（6.7%） and 3 females（5.7%）,all were adult patients.They were all fully recovered after active treatment.No significant effects of gender and age on the bleeding rates are observed.Conclusion Soft dissected tonsillectomy under general anesthesia fit for all tonsillectomy patients with good efficacy. |
