椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛副作用的临床观察

目的观察椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛的副作用。方法选择椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛患者451例，采用腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉，观察并记录各种不良反应及并发症的发生情况。结果椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛总的副作用发生率为16.2％，常见有血压下降、寒战、穿刺点疼痛、血肿、头痛、腰背痛、肢体乏力、皮肤瘙痒、恶心、呕吐等各种不适。其中，以神经感觉障碍、寒战、皮肤瘙痒、穿刺点疼痛、血压下降等表现为主要。结论要积极防范椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛的副作用的产生，提高临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on Spinal Anesthesia for Labor Analgesia side effects

Objective To Observate the side effects of spinal anesthesia for labor analgesia. Methods Choose spinal anesthesia for labor analgesia with 451 cases, curing with combined apinal - epidural auaesthesia, observe and record their various adverse reactions and complications of the situation. Results Spinal anesthesia for labor analgesia overall incidence of side effects was 16.2%.The common are blood pressure drop, chills, pain puncture points, hematoma, headache, back pain, limb weakness, skin itching, nausea, vomiting and other discomfort. Nerve dysfunction, chills, skin itching, pain puncture points, and blood pressure drop are the principal performance. Conclusions To actively prevent spinal anesthesia for labor analgesia side effects emerged and improve clinical efficacy.
