外阴白斑细胞角蛋白的表达和意义探讨

采用多克隆ＲＫ１抗体和单克隆Ｋ（２７）抗体，应用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法，观察了７４例女阴白斑在不同病变的表达方式。研究结果表明，Ｋ（２７）可作为角化或正在角化细胞的标志物。应用Ｋ（２７）单克隆抗体，外阴白斑ＣＫ异常均发生在疾病不同类型的细胞增殖状态，提示角蛋白表达的改变可能与引起角朊细胞的高度增生因素有关。用Ｋ（２７）单克隆抗体，有助于增生病变与萎缩病变及良性与恶性病变的区别。

Significance of the Expression if Cytokeratoprotein in Leukoplakia Vulvae

The CK expression of 74 cases of leukoplakia Vulvae in different kinds of pathological changes was investigated by ABC immunohistochmical method with multiclonal antibody RK1 and monoclonal antibody K(27). The result demcnstrated that K(27) might be regarded as a mark of keratinized and keratinizing cells. Abnormal CK expression of leukoplakia Vulvae with K(27) monoclonal antibody all occurred in different kinds of cellular proliferative state of the disease. It pointed out that the change of CK expression mignt relate to the factor which caused hyperproliferation of keratinocyte. The use of K(27) moncclonal antibody contributes to distinct the proliferation and atrophy or benign and malignant lesions.
