| 摘 要： | 目的观察氯沙坦对老年高血压的疗效。方法选择符合条件,诊断明确的43例病人,做为观察对象,在停用其他抗血压药1周后,口服氯沙坦50 mg/次,1次/d。如1周后血压下降不理想,药量加至100mg/次,1次/d,使血压维持在16~17.29/16.64~11.3 kPa,共观察6~12个月,血压监测采用开始2周,每日早晚测血压1次,此后每周测1次,共观察6~12个月。并在用药前后查心脏超声。结果收缩压由治疗前(25.60±1.22)kPa降到(17.02±1.0)kPa;舒张压由治疗前(14.82±1.49)kPa降到(10.64±0.06)kPa。降压效果理想。结论氯沙坦通过抑制血管转换受体,降压效果理想,并可改善心脏功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of senile hypertension treated with losartan.Methods 43 cases of senile hypertension patient who fit for the condition observed were treated with losartan 50mg per day without other drugs.The Bp maintained at 16～17.29/16.64～11.3 kPa for 6～12 months.The Echo was detected before and after treatment.Results The decreasing blood pressure was ideal with decreasing(25.60±1.22)kPa to(17.02±1.0)kPa of systolic pressure and(14.82±1.49)kPa to(10.64±0.06)kPa of diastolic pressure.Conclusion The decreasing blood pressure with losartan might improve the heart function via inhibiting vascular convertase receptor. |
