| 摘 要： | 目的:观察慢性心衰患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化及氟伐他汀的影响.方法:将慢性心衰患者78例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均按慢性心力衰竭治疗指南给予常规治疗,治疗组另外服用氟伐他汀,两组治疗前后检查总胆固醇(TC)、C-反应蛋白、左室射血分数(LVEF).结果:8周后,治疗组TC、CRP与对照组比较均有不同程度的降低,LVEF则有明显提高(均P＜0.05).结论:CRP可预测心血管疾病的危险,可作为预测心衰者预后的一个观察指标;氟伐他汀可降低CRP水平,改善心衰患者的预后.

| Abstract: | Objective; To observe the changement of serum c - reactive protein (CRP) and the effect of fluvastatin on CRP in the patients with heart failure of coronary heart diease (CHD). Methods ; 78 patients with CHFwere randomly divided into treated group and contol group , which were given usual treatment according to the guide of CHF treatment. Meanwhile, fluvastatin was added to the treated group . Two groups need to detected the TC , CRP and LEVF before and after treatment . Results : After 8 weeks , compared to the control group , the TC , CRP of the treated group decreased in varying degredd , but the LEVF increased obviously . Conclusion ; CRP can forecast dangerous of heart disease . It can be used as a index to prognose the patient with CHF . Fluvastatin can decrease the CRP and improve the prognosis for patient with CHF . |
