单项考核缩短平均住院日方法的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨单项考核缩短平均住院日的方法。方法通过制定临床科室平均住院天数考核办法,同时以《山西省三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》作参考。结果通过制定和实施临床科室平均住院日考核办法,75%的医疗组平均住院日有所下降,下降幅度最大为35.07%,最小为2.25%。56%的医疗组平均住院日在12天以内。结论平均住院日考核办法加速了医院床位的周转,减少了患者医疗费用,提高了医院资源利用率。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the method of shortening the average hospitalization days by assessment of individual. Methods Establishing the average hospitalization days assessment method and the implementation detailed rules and regulations of level 3 general hospital in Shanxi. Results The average hospitalization days of 75% of the medical teams have descend. The maximum descend range is 35.07%. The minimum descend range is 2.25 %. The average hospitalization days of 25 % of the medical teams within 12 days. Conclusion The average hospitalization days assessment method can accelerate the hospital beds turnover, reduce medical expenses, and improve the hospital resource utilization.
