| 摘 要： | 如何提高青年医务人员的积极性、增强其凝聚力和对公立医院公益性的认同感是摆在医院管理者面前急需解决的重要课题。北京协和医院组建青年工作部,与团委合署办公,在如何＂凝聚、引导、教育、服务＂青年医务人员方面进行了探索,以期营造和谐医患关系,提高医院青年职业素养,为国家医疗事业发展提供青年医务人员的正能量。

| Abstract: | How to encourage initiative of young employees,enhance their cohesion and the identity of public interest is attached with great importance.This research tries to elaborate on establishment of Youth Work Association and joint work with Communist Youth League,which are designed to explore management methods for youth work cohesion,guidance,education and service.This practice may contribute to the achievement in creation and harmonization of doctor-patient relationship,advancement of professionalism among young employees and human resource preparation for China medical protection. |
