老年非小细胞肺癌的治疗

摘    要:目的针对老年人特殊身体特点,介绍老年非小细胞肺癌患者的主要治疗方法。方法分析老年人的身体特点,介绍并比较治疗非小细胞肺癌的几种方法的利弊。结果对于早期非小细胞肺癌,手术治疗如肺叶切除加淋巴结清扫及三维适形放疗是较常见的治疗方法。由于很多老年患者确诊时已处于晚期,失去手术治疗的机会,化疗或放化疗结合的方法成为此时期治疗的主要手段,其中化疗方法多采用单药治疗和联合治疗。结论老年非小细胞肺癌有其自身的特点,不同治疗方法各有利弊,应根据患者身体特点及肺癌的临床分期进行选择。

Abstract:Objective This artiele aims at introducing therapies of elderly non-small lung cancer patients according to their special physical characteristics. Methods It has an analysis on the physical characteristics of elderly people and has an introduction and a compare about several therapies of the disease. Results As for the patients with early-stage of non-small cell lung cancer, surgery, such as lobcetomy with lymph node cleaning and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy are common methods. Since many elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer are diagnosed so late that losing the opportunity of surgery, chemotherapy such as therapy and combination therapy or combination of chemotherapy with radiotherapy have become the primary means of therapies. Conclusion There are their special physical characteristics in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Each therapy has pros and cons. Doctors should choose treatment methods based on physical characteristics of the patients and clinical staging of the lung cancer.
