摘    要:病案信息挖掘被认为是医院管理过程中重要的数据依托和信息来源,在医院临床、教学和科研中发挥着重要的作用。加强病案管理和信息挖掘,必须坚持以人为本,树立为医院管理服务、为临床一线服务、为广大患者服务的理念。本研究依据现有病案资料,应用多种数理统计方法,从高寒作战、传染病流行、损伤与中毒等特殊事件的专科病案着手,将病案中蕴藏的大量信息挖掘出来应用于医院管理,提高了病案的使用价值,为医院管理决策和广大患者提供了信息服务,推动了边疆地区医院建设和社会稳定。

Abstract:The medical record information mining is thought to be an important data base and information source in the process of hospital management, which plays an important role in the hospital clinical, teaching and scientific research. Hence to strengthen up the medical record management and information mining, medical record management persons must adhere to the people-oriented and firmly establishat the concept of service for the hospital management, clinical medicine and the vast number of'patients. Based on the existing medical record material, this study mined out a large amount of information from the medical record of cold operations infectious disease, injury and poisoning and other special events to the specialized medical record with many kinds of mathematical statistics method. Through this way it has improved the use value of the medical record, provided the information service for the vast majority of patients and promoted construction and social stability in the frontier area hospital.
