| 摘 要： | 微博平台的迅猛发展给医院管理带来了新的机遇与挑战,在分析了医院官方微博作用的基础上,从非实名微博制账户可以减轻医院责任、医院官方微博像新闻发言人一样说官话、医院官方微博仅是用来发布信息的、职工个人微博与医院官方微博无关、医院官方微博回避尖锐问题等方面指出了其中存在的5大误区,提出应从组织管理、形象管理、内容管理、团队管理和危机管理5个维度实现医院官方微博系统管理的方法。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of microblog presents both new opportunities and challenges to the hospital management.Base on the definition and analysis of the function of hospital official microblog,five misunderstanding in the field of hospital official microblog which can be described as non-real-name account can reduce hospital＇s responsibility,the official microblog only announces empty information,the official microblog can only issue information,there is no relationship between medical staff＇s microblog and official microblog and official microblog always avoids sharp questions are discussed.Suggestions on improving hospital official microblog management are presented,which involves organization management,image management,content management,team management and crisis management. |
