摘    要:根据自身参加各级青年教师教学基本功比赛的经历,将教学比赛中需要注意和着重培养的内容进行分析,同时对比赛与医学临床教学的促进作用进行探讨。阐述了青年教师教学基本功比赛的重要性,及如何通过青年教师教学基本功比赛进一步提高临床青年教师的综合素质,从而提高临床教学效果。

Abstract:To analyze the notice and emphasize during teaching basic skills competition, and discuss the acceleration role about competition for clinical education, according to the competition experiences by the authors. This article explain the importance of young teachers teaching basic skills competition and how to improve the comprehensive qualities for clinical young teachers through competition, thereby enhance clinical teaching effects.
