| 摘 要： | 血管迷走性晕厥是常见的良性晕厥,表现为血压下降及心率减慢。起搏器通过高频起搏增加心率及心输出量,在一定程度上能够缓解及预防晕厥的发生,适用于反复晕厥伴心脏抑制的中老年患者。目前起搏器治疗血管迷走性晕厥在患者筛查、疗效评估及模式选择上存在一定的争议,仍需进一步的研究指导临床实践。

| Abstract: | Vasovagal syncope(VVS)is the most common cause of fainting which is generally as a benign condition.It is always triggered by significant hypotension,bradycardia or a mixed response.The physiological principle underlying pacemaker therapy in patients with VVS is to increase the heart rate and cardiac output,which may be considered in patients aged>40 years with recurrent cardioinhibitory syncope.Benefits,pacing modes and patients selection have been studied in clinical trails with conflicting results.There still exists a knowledge gap between theory and practice. |
