摘    要:目的:优选狗肝菜中多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:以狗肝菜多糖得率为指标,提取时间、温度、次数和料液比为考察因素,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取时间2h,提取2次,温度85℃,料液比1∶20。在此最佳工艺条件下狗肝菜多糖得率为(3.26±0.3)%。结论:该工艺稳定、简单、可行,适用于工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Dicliptera chinensi. METHODS : The orthogonal experiment was optimized with extracting rate of polysaccharides as index while with extracting time, extracting temperature, extracting times and solid-liquid ratio as factors. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows: extracting temperature of 85 ℃, extracting times of 2 (2 hours per time)and solid-liquid ratio as factors of 1 : 20. The yield of polysaccharides was (3.26±0.3)%. CONCLUSION: The technology is table, simple and practical for industrial production.
