| 摘 要： | 目的：研究太极扣（ERA）附着体在牙列缺损修复应用中的效果。方法：结合32例应用太极扣附着体修复的可摘局部义齿修复的患者,对其进行满意度、固位性能、咀嚼效能、舒适程度、美观性、摘戴方便满意度调查,并对临床检查基牙的牙体、牙周状况等方面的定期复查,与传统可摘局部义齿进行比较。结果：32例太极扣（ERA）附着体在各方面都比传统修复体有明显提高。结论：太极扣是一种简单可靠、成本低、易于推广应用的附着体。
