声门下吸引在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎中的应用

目的:探讨声门下吸引在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)中的作用.方法:查阅近年来关于声门下吸引在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎中应用的相关文献,并对其进行综合分析.结果:应用声门下吸引以清除留在气囊上部的分泌物,可显著降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率.结论:有人工气道的患者,在条件允许时,应尽量采用带有声门下吸引的气管导管进行声门下吸引,这在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎方面具有重要的临床意义.

Application Status of Subglottic Secretion in Nursing Prevention of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia

Objective： To review the clinical significance of subglottic secretion in prevention of ventila- torassociated pneumonia. Methods：To consult the related literatures concerning subglottic secretion in nursing prevention of ventilator - associated pneumonia, the obtained information was summarized and analyzed. Results：The application of subglottic secretion can effectively remove the secretion retaining at the proximal end of the air sac, which consequently reduces the incidence of ventilator - associated pneumonia. Conclusions： When the physical conditions allowed, patients with an artificial airway should be conducted with subglottic secretion with an endotraeheal tube specially designed for subglottic secretion. This practice is of great clinical significance and it deserves high attention for the clinical workers.
