罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在潜伏期分娩镇痛中的应用

Application of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil in Labor Analgesia at Latent Phase

Objective] To observe the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil on the labor, mode of delivery and neonatal outcomes at latent phase. Methods] Totally 100 primiparas without vaginal delivery and the contraindication of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia（CSEA） were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly with 50 in each. Group A was given CSEA for labor analgesia when the cervical ostium was expanded to 1-2 cm, and injected with ropivacaine 3rag in sub- arachnoid space, and epidural space was connected with patient-controlled analgesia（POA） pump which contained 0. 5/μg/ml sufentanil and 0. 1% ropivacaine. Group t3 was natural delivery group. VAS scores, labor stage, the mode of delivery, post- partum hemorrhage, neonatal Apgar score and the dose of oxytocin were observed. Results] Compared with group B, group A had lower VAS score（ P d0.01）, shorter first labor stage（ P 〈0. 05）, longer second stage（ P 〉0. 05） and larger dose of oxytocin（ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Ap- gar score between two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion] Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil can be safely used in latent la- bor analgesia, and has no adverse effect on the labor stage, the mode of delivery and neonatal outcomes.
